5 stars doesn't feel adequate. We got married here and it was the most amazing day. The staff were wonderful and beyond accommodating. Sammie, Becky and Mike were absolute angels and my gratitude for their hard work is unmatched. Even though the hotel were short on staff, you wouldn't have known because they all worked so hard and were truly amazing. A guest even said it was the best wedding they've ever been to and that is due to the work put in by Mike, Becky, Sammie and all the staff. 5 stars isn't even close to what the staff deserve, honestly I can't express my gratitude enough as the staff at the hotel made our day run so smoothly. Beyond amazing service.
Lovely brekkie with Ken cooking. Very helpful and friendly. Mug of refills tea or coffee. Ladies toilet need clean over but hotel is tidy and well signed to restaurant. Excellent value for money £4.99 for small brekkie with drink
Can't praise this hotel enough. Son and daughter in law held their wedding reception here and from the receptionist onwards the staff were polite, welcoming and efficient. The supervisor and silver service waiting staff at the wedding breakfast did an amazing job. Food was tasty and plenty of it. Bar prices were very reasonable for a hotel. They even went out of their way to arrange for some of the wedding guests to be able to watch the Villa game after the wedding breakfast. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the 11am check out which meant we could enjoy a leisurely breakfast.
We had our wedding here last week, staff all went above and beyond to make our day perfect. It was a truly memorable day and despite the heat everyone was so helpful and professional, the food was lovely, service superb. Thank you all for making our day run smoothly and for making it a really special occasion
I was best man at a wedding here, venue was very accommodating, although the set menu on the wedding lunch could have been warmer. I didn't stay overnight. Not very accessible for people in wheelchairs or impaired mobility.
